However, there’s one factor which I think affects the attitude of every Triskelion towards Tau Gamma Phi. Personally, being initiated from a community based chapter myself then welcome to Senior in TUP and nominated as MDG to being an officer in an international council, I show no difference mainly in terms of orientation. Using this brother as an example again for my third question, this bro is hailed from a community chapter therefore the question whether these things happen to a senior initiated brother or community based Triskelion. Just within my council and there are only 20 of us so far, I met this brother whose been working here for 7 years and was relentlessly looking for fellow Triskelion until now and I remember when he attended the meeting thankful and excited with teary eye saying “ Sa wakas may makaka sama na kong bro ditto” (finally, a fellow Triskelion for a company) that sight melted my heart and wonder what made him so fond of this fraternity. In my opinion being away for a period of time is not enough to outgrow your brotherhood and let me site an example. I would like to raise a few first question what makes a member outgrow his fraternity, is it being away for many years and have had friends which you think is of the same value? Second, is it the level of orientation or understanding of fraternity? Third, is it the level of orientation or understanding what this brotherhood is about? Since I was the one who raise the question, allow me to answer them base on my understanding and my experience as a Triskelion. Such statement raises a lot of question that needs explanation or better understanding.

But the sad part is what he said when was invited to attend a meeting “sorry matanda na tayo para dyan” (sorry, too old for that) and to think that our chairman is from the same chapter and more senior than him. Question, How would you feel if your introduced to a fellow Triskelion and that brother instead saluting properly he shook your hand in a normal fashion way? In my personal opinion that’s a violation of the codes of conduct.
